Nano ePrint, based in Manchester, is a spin-out company formed in June 2006 following pioneering research at the University of Manchester. Nano ePrint owns a suite of intellectual property related to a planar nanoelectronics platform. This technology ("Self-Switching Devices") is unique with electronic devices being fabricated in one-step of lithography or printing, enabling extremely low-cost manufacture.
Our electronic devices achieve very-high speeds (MHz for organic semiconductors; GHz-THz for inorganic semiconductors). Such devices have utility across the whole gamut of printed and plastic electronics applications including Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), sensors and display backplanes.
As a technology development company we are committed to forming partnerships, strategic alliances and collaborations across the complete printed electronics (and related industries) value chain. Nano ePrint provides intellectual property licences in addition to research, development and supply chain support to partners and customers.
